Ribbon Guide that is distributed statewide. Thank

The
Miami Herald and el Nuevo Herald have committed to
sponsoring their own Red Ribbon Campaign for their 1000+ employees
and have volunteered to help spread the word in the community
by:
- Hanging
"Drug Free: I Have the POWER! banners at Corporate
Headquarters
- Distributing
Red Ribbons to all of their employees
- Running
ads in their newspapers
- Sending
e-mails to all Herald employees about Red Ribbon Week

Informed
Families welcomes Baptist Health South Florida
to our Red Ribbon Campaign. They are planning a major celebration.
Decorating all of their buildings will broadcast the message
"Drug Free: I Have The Power1" to thousands of residents
throughout South Florida. They are also planning a major employee
campaign in all of their locations and will be wearing the official
red lapel pin designated for Red Ribbon Week.
When you see someone wearing the red ribbbon lapel pin please
thank them for helping our communities stay "safe, healthy
and drug free".

Where would
500,000 people a day get the message that Miami-Dade County
has the power to be Drug Free?
Through the generous support of the Miami-Dade Expressway
Authority that is exactly what is going to happen during
Red Ribbon Week this year.
Through signs, banners, red ribbons on toll booths and lighting
up the SR 836 Canopy in red lights will get the message out
in a major way.

has been running a Red Ribbon Campaign for as long as we remember
and know we can always count on them to do a really eye catching
display. This year Bill Ussery employees will also be wearing
our new signature red ribbon label pins! Thank

One of
Informed Families’ staunchest and most loyal participants
in the Red Ribbon Campaign is the Miami-Dade Police
Department. Each year, they decorate the stations in
nine district and hold a contest for best Red Ribbon design.
The winner is picked by a jury of Informed Families friends
and volunteers. We
salute our friends in the Miami-Dade Police Department. |
