WIN $500 TO SUPPORT YOUR SCHOOL’S SAFE HOMES SMART PARTIES CAMPAIGN

1. Contest Dates:

Contest begins March 5th, 2015. All entries must be submitted by March 20th, 2015. Winners will be announced via a Facebook post on Informed Families' Facebook page on March 25th, 2015.

2. How to Enter:

All entries must be submitted on the Safe Homes Smart Parties Contest Application page between March 5th, 2015 and March 20th, 2015.

Participants must be registered as an Informed Families Ambassador to be eligible to win.

Responses submitted on the Safe Homes Smart Parties Contest Application page will be evaluated by Informed Families staff. Applications will be judged in the basis of completeness, commitment to the Safe Homes Smart Parties Campaign Message, creativity, among other criteria.

3. Prize(s).

Winners will receive a $500 Check to be used in support of your school's Safe Homes Smart Parties Campaign.

4. Eligibility and Limitations:

Participation in this Contest is open to individuals (“Entrants”) who, as of date of entry, are at least 18 years of age and who are legal residents of the United States of America and reside in the State of Florida. Employees of Informed Families/The Florida Family Partnership or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Contest. There will be one (1) winner per region, as defined below, three (3) winners in total.

Region 1 - North Florida: Alachua County, Baker County, Bay County, Bradford County, Calhoun County, Clay County, Columbia County, Dixie County, Duval County, Escambia County, Franklin County, Gadsden County, Gilchrist County, Gulf County, Hamilton County, Holmes County, Jackson County, Jefferson County, Lafayette County, Leon County, Levy County, Liberty County, Madison County, Nassau County, Okaloosa County, Putnam County, Santa Rosa County, Suwanee County, Taylor County, Union County, Wakulla County, Walton County, Washington County.

Region 2 - Central Florida: Brevard County, Citrus County, DeSoto County, Flagler County, Hardee County, Hernando County, Highlands County, Hillsobrough County, Indian River County, Lake County, Manatee County, Marion County, Martin County, Okeechobee County, Orange County, Osceola County, Pasco County, Pinellas County, Polk County, Sarasota County, Seminole County, Sumter County, Volusia County.

Region 3 - South Florida: Broward County, Charlotte County, Collier County, Glades County, Hendry County, Lee County, Miami-Dade County, Monroe County, Palm Beach County.

5. Delivery Disclaimer:

Informed Families/The Florida Family Partnership disclaims all liability for any loss or failure in the delivery of any entry forms or prizes for this contest.

6. Limitations of Liability:

EXCEPT FOR INTENTIONAL HARM OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERROR OR FAILING WITH RESPECT TO THE CONTEST, THE ENTRIES, THE USE OF ANY ENTRY, OR ANY OTHER MATTER DERIVING FROM THE CONTEST. EACH ENTRANT ACCEPTS THE CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSORS, , WARRANTS THAT SHE OR HE IS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST, AND AGREES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITY, AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND EXPENSES), ASSERTED AGAINST ANY OF THEM, ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR THE USE OR ACCEPTANCE OF ANY PRIZE (INCLUDING ANY TRAVEL OR ACTIVITY RELATED TO A PRIZE), INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE ENTRANT'S BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION OR OFFICIAL RULE. 

7. Notification of Winners

Winners will be individually notified by email on March 25th, 2015. In addition, winners will be announced on Informed Families' Facebook Page on March 25th, 2015.

8. Compliance with Law.

The conduct of the Contest is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
