Rights, riots, and responsibility are all “R” words that belong together. It’s Spring Break in Miami, where we have seen it all for 40 years. This year Spring Break is beyond anything observed in the past! Rite of passage (another “R” word) has been used to describe the behaviors we observe during Spring Break.

As marijuana use becomes legal in more states (although its use is still a federal crime), the long-standing stigma associated with the drug has begun to recede. But that doesn’t mean it’s safe. And it’s especially unsafe for teens and young adults.

Exercise Is Key to A Healthy Mind and Body
